Net per truck
Illustrative estimates from Next Global's planning model. They are not historical results or a forecast of your results, and no loads, rates or earnings are guaranteed. Net is shown before truck financing, depreciation, administration and income taxes. Each truck runs at reduced mileage during its first two months. Year 2 uses Year 2 program terms. Actual results depend on utilization, rates, fuel prices, repairs and downtime.

Recruitment and screening of two-person teams
Certification and drug and alcohol testing coordination
Onboarding, scheduling and dispatch communication
Weekly pay settlements and performance follow-up
Replacement support to keep the truck moving

Sourcing fee per team$5,000

There are three. Company investors take a percentage of Next Global Logistics in a round of up to $300,000. Truck investors fund the purchase and start-up of a truck that Next Global sources, staffs and operates. Owner-operators place their own eligible sleeper tractor into operation with Next Global and keep ownership of it.
Next Global is raising up to $300,000 to add trucks, driver teams and start-up capital. Smaller investors can take a proportional percentage. It is not a public offering: amounts, percentages and documents are presented only in private meetings, under a confidentiality agreement.
The operation is managed by Javier Lozano of Next Global Logistics LLC.
No. Investors do not need to drive or dispatch. Next Global handles dispatch, settlements, maintenance coordination and day-to-day operating support. Owner-operators get the same support for their truck.
With your own driver team, the known start-up cost is $1,000 per truck: certification for two drivers ($700) and drug and alcohol testing where required ($300). If Next Global sources a qualified team, the total is $6,000 per truck: the same $1,000 plus a $5,000 sourcing fee, paid $2,500 upfront and $2,500 after the team completes three months of operation. Truck investors also fund the truck purchase.
In Year 1 the program fees total 15% of freight revenue: 12% for management and brokerage (dispatch, load planning, settlements, contract and quality management) and 3% for technology and AI tools (transportation management system, AI-assisted dispatch and maintenance planning). In Year 2 they total 20%: 15% management and brokerage and 5% technology and AI tools. The technology share is proportional to each truck's use of the tools.
The driver team receives 30% of freight revenue after program fees. This is the combined amount for the two-person team, not per driver.
Next Global recruits, screens and onboards two-person driver teams, coordinates certification and testing, and manages scheduling, weekly pay settlements, performance and replacements. The sourcing fee is $5,000 per team, paid $2,500 upfront and $2,500 after three months of operation.
Fuel, insurance (planned at $1,500 per truck per month in Year 1 and $1,700 in Year 2), repairs and maintenance, tolls and any other agreed truck or driver charges. The calculator includes a maintenance reserve of $20,000 per truck per year.
A sleeper tractor, model year 2019 or newer, in good mechanical condition. Every truck and driver team is subject to qualification and approval before activation.
Settlements run on a weekly cycle, and you receive the settlement records for your truck.
We use a 90-day plan: Month 1 ramps up the truck and team, Month 2 evaluates real results against the plan, and Month 3 confirms that the results repeat. More trucks are added based on real data.
No. Results depend on utilization, paid miles, rates, fuel prices, repairs and downtime. The calculator shows estimates from our planning model, not historical results.
The operation runs and settles in US dollars. Euro amounts are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate for your convenience only; agreements are made in US dollars.
No. Next Global Logistics is an independent company. Its trucks and driver teams are deployed to provide expedited service for FedEx Custom Critical freight, but FedEx is not affiliated with, sponsoring or a party to this opportunity.
